Right to Revise this Agreement

Indemnification
Customer/Agent shall indemnify, defend, and hold Quantum Signs & Graphics, its officers,shareholders, directors, employees, and agents harmless from and against any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, judgments, and fees and expenses related thereto, including attorneys’ fees, arising out of, based upon, or resulting from, any breach or violation by you of our Terms and Conditions or any use by you of our website, products, and services.
